• Successfully pass the written evaluation and oral interview conducted by the University.
• Demonstrate strong academic potential, maturity, and readiness for tertiary education.

Applicants admitted under this special consideration category will be granted a provisional waiver of the WAEC/WASSCE requirement at the point of admission. However, such applicants will be required to:

• Submit the WAEC/WASSCE certificate, together with any other outstanding admission documents not previously provided, before being cleared for graduation.

The University shall not issue a degree certificate, academic transcript, or graduation clearance to any student admitted under this waiver arrangement until all required documents, including the WAEC/WASSCE certificate and other outstanding admission requirements, have been duly submitted and verified.

Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in withholding of graduation clearance or other administrative actions as determined by the Admissions Committee. This provision ensures flexibility at the point of entry while maintaining the University’s academic standards and regulatory compliance requirements
