Admission & Application Process

Step 1: Selection of Programme
Prospective students are required to review the available Associate Degree (2 years) and Bachelor Degree (4 years) Programs and select a program that aligns with their academic background and career aspirations.
Step 2: Obtain and Complete Application Form
Application forms may be obtained:
- Online via Application
- From the Admissions Office At the INUCOPS Campus, Tubman High School Campus, 12th Street
Applicants must complete the form accurately and in full.
Step 3: Submission of Required Documents
Applicants must submit the completed application form together with the following documents:
- Copy of WAEC/WASSCE results or high school diploma
- Official academic transcript(s)
- Copy of a valid national ID or passport
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
- Application processing fee receipt (where applicable)
Step 4: Written Evaluation (Entrance Assessment)
All applicants are required to sit a written evaluation designed to assess:
- Basic English language proficiency
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- General knowledge relevant to the chosen programme
- The written evaluation ensures applicants are adequately prepared for higher education and the hybrid learning environment at INUCOPS.
Step 5: Oral Interview
Applicants who successfully complete the written evaluation will be invited for a formal interview conducted by the Admissions Committee.
The interview will assess:
- Motivation for the chosen programme
- Communication skills
- Career goals and professional interests
- Readiness for hybrid (online and in-person) learning.
Step 6: Admission Review and Final Evaluation
The Admissions Committee will review:
- Academic credentials
- Written evaluation results
- Interview performance
- Final admission decisions will be based on the overall assessment of the applicant’s academic readiness and suitability for the selected programme.
Step 7: Issuance of Admission Decision
Successful applicants will receive:
- An Official Admission Letter
- Programme and academic calendar details
- Hybrid learning guidelines and class schedule
- Online classes are conducted Monday to Friday, while in-person classes are held every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Step 8: Acceptance, Registration, and Fee Payment
Admitted applicants must:
- Accept the admission offer within the stipulated period
- Complete course registration
- Pay required tuition and registration fees
- Failure to complete registration may result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
Step 9: Orientation and Commencement of Classes
All newly admitted students will participate in a student orientation program covering:
- Academic policies and regulations
- Learning Management System (LMS) usage
- Student support services
- Classes commence in April 2026.
